Hi Ingo, thanks for reaching out.

We were not able to reproduce the faulty behavior on our side. In case this was not a temporary issue and the forms behavior remains faulty, I suspect forms.hsforms.com might be DNS-blocked by a browser add-on (you’ve mentioned you tried several – do they have an add-on in common?) or on the network level (i.e. firewall; this could be confirmed by submitting the form on a mobile device via cellular network vs. wifi).

Hi @robert_nagy , now I have just received a confirmation email :person_shrugging: (even though I didn’t attempt another registration) ..

I am always behind VPN; it would be quite the pain if this was the reason, i.e. exasol (or some third party library/service) blocking VPN IPs
