What’s New in v1.3
- Infrastructure & Installation Presets Exasol Personal can now be easily ported to other cloud providers via infrastructure and installation presets.
Important: CLI Syntax Change Commands like exasol install now require a mandatory additional argument for the infrastructure preset. For example:
exasol install aws
Please update your scripts and workflows accordingly.
- Exasol Personal Launcher is Now Open Source
The launcher is now publicly available on GitHub; explore, contribute, and build on top of it!

Automatic S3 Backup Volume An S3 bucket is now configured automatically as a backup volume, reducing manual setup effort.

Version Check Service & Bug Fixes A new version check service tracks active users, alongside a range of stability improvements and bug fixes.
