Hi everyone!

I am the new (and first) Customer Success Manager here in North America and I will be responsible for looking after our top tier strategic customers to ensure that they're getting their desired outcome with our product. My background is in managing large complex enterprise deployments and my goal is to add value to both our customer organization as well as help nurture and grow our footprint in our customer organization.
