Internal server error when using LEVEL in START WITH

I'm using Exasol 7.0.7 on Windows with Docker:

 

docker run --name EXASOL -p 127.0.0.1:9563:8563 --detach --privileged --stop-timeout 120 exasol/docker-db:latest

 

Run the following query:

 

SELECT LEVEL
FROM dual
CONNECT BY LEVEL < 10
START WITH LEVEL >= 0

 

It goes into a loop of re-connects (in DBeaver), until it eventually errors with this internal error message:

 

SQL Error [40005]: Successfully reconnected after internal server error, transaction was rolled back. (SessionID: 1693040115179782144)
